1. Eligibility to Purchase

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities under your account. King Smoke Shop reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

When placing an order, you will be required to provide information such as your full legal name, permanent address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number for verification. Our products are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. The resale of products purchased from King Smoke Shop is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to purchase items on behalf of a minor or for resale may result in legal action and termination of your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. We currently ship orders within the United States, including California, in compliance with federal and state laws. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We will process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Warranty Policy

At Smoke Shop King, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. We offer a 30-Day Warranty on eligible hardware purchased through our website, starting from the date of delivery.

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues with materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days, we will work with you to resolve the problem through either a replacement, repair, or store credit.

Non-Covered Products:

Some items are not covered under this warranty due to their nature or manufacturer limitations. These include:

  • Rechargeable batteries
  • Glass components (tanks, drip tips, etc.)
  • Spare parts (e.g., O-rings, glassware)

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Accidents, drops , or physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use

How to Make a Claim:

If you encounter an issue with your product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach out via info@smokeshopking.com to initiate a return request. Make sure to include your proof of purchase, as this is required for any warranty service.
Once you contact us, we will guide you through the return process, which may involve sending the defective item back to our facility. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. A refund, repair, or replacement will only be issued after we have received and inspected the product.

Manufacturer Warranties:

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly if the issue occurs outside our 30-day period. Some manufacturers may require the original warranty card included in the packaging, so we advise keeping all documentation until you are certain the product is functioning properly.

Additional Notes:

Please be aware that contacting us does not extend the original 30-day warranty period. Also, any consequential damages resulting from the use of the product are not covered under this policy.
