We will process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on opened or used items. At Smoke Shop King, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the products you purchase from us. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds. Please review the policy carefully.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To initiate the return process:

  • Provide Proof: Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and clear photos of the product and the packaging.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all components included.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace a defective or damaged item, please follow the return process above, and we will issue a refund or replacement product as necessary.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request an order cancellation, contact support@kingsmokeshop.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
